How to get the most out of this website, and what to do if something does not work.
Finding information
- The main menu groups everything by subject. Sections with a small arrow open a second panel listing what they contain.
- The site assistant — the Ask button at the bottom right of every page — answers questions in plain language and links the pages it drew from.
- The sitemap lists every page on the site on one screen.
